Sai Sai’s menu is an exercise in culinary play. Tucked inside the Millenium Biltmore Hotel, this sophisticated restaurant stands out with its adventurous gastronomic creations, Zen-inspired décor, and eager staff. Chef David Bartnes has crafted a daring Asian fusion menu, seamlessly blending distinctive regional cuisines into a global pastiche that is both strikingly original and evocatively familiar. Exotic experiments like Kobe Short Ribs with Potato Gnocchi or the pairing of maguro sashimi with caramelized pear are surprising and satisfying. With noteworthy lunchtime bento boxes, prix fixe menus for theater goers, and in house infused sakes, Sai Sai supplies a variety of tantalizing dining options. Full Review

If you are looking for really good Japanese food and an adventure with really good saki, try SAI SAI. The waitress is very knowledgeable about the different types of saki and the saki flight helps you decide what will taste best with your meal. The food ranges from the traditional to gourmet and is very fresh and well prepared. SAI SAI is a good choice for pre-theatre dining. Don't miss it!

I am not a big seafood person, but I dined at the restraunt almost everyday for a week, the staff was wonderful, The manager Jan was very helpful, the prices are excellent, The spicy Prawns are absolutely my favorite,(you do not know you are eating seafood). The wine list is delectible, It is quiet, relaxing, no one is throwing a sales pitch at you to rack up the bill. I will defenitely be back.

Having been to the Millennium Biltmore on many occasions I had not gone to Sai Sai Restaurant so decided to on my most recent visit. Was a bit taken back when I arrived there were hardly any people in the dining area and 2 at the sushi bar. I was seated with my party of 4. After experiencing slow service I was then not surprised at the few people in the restaurant. It took 20 mins to get our drinks event though it was not busy. I visit the hotel for business purposes so when I noticed the private rooms I asked to speak to someone who could answer some questions for me. After waiting a bit to long but we did have a delicious meal (compliments to the chef), a man with a heavy accent who stated he was the manager came by the table. He began speaking of everything except my questions about the private rooms. He was abrupt and spoke in a demeaning manner to us. Apparently he thought we were going to complain about something without ever giving me the chance to speak. This made for a very unpleasant evening. I will not return along with my wife and others again... Just not worth my while.
